Circle of Service takes pride in our dual platform technology.  Current shoppers may use the links below to log into the platform assigned to your account.  This information can be found in your shop instructions, email notifications or by asking your Account Manager. 

Warning Potential Scam

It has been brought to our attention that there are a number of individuals using the Circle of Service name and logo in a scam  that would require you to cash a check and complete a wire transfer.

It is our understanding that these individuals are providing bad checks in the hopes that you will deposit the checks and transfer a portion of those funds back to them as part of a mystery shop.

This check is fraudulent and will not clear.  If funds are transferred you would be responsible for the amount of the bounced check.  


  • Require that you cash or deposit a check that we send you as part of a mystery shopping assignment OR for any other service
  • Ask you to transfer funds to an account as part of a mystery shopping assignment
  • Send you a letter via the mail telling you that you have been selected to participate in a paid consumer research program
  • Request that you meet with a Circle of Service  representative in any area of the country to complete an assignment
  • Require you to pay for and complete on-site training to become a mystery shopper
  • Contact you via any email address besides one that ends in


At Circle of Service we take extreme pride in the quality of information we are able to provide to our clients.  In order to be a shopper or auditor for Circle of Service it is required that you first complete our Shopper/Auditor test.
